Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Due to the sensitive and technical nature of electronic components, returns are accepted only in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the necessary details for verification. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
After the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The approved refund amount will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, specially customized or procured on special order, or damaged as a result of improper handling, installation, or misuse by the customer.
